Busy, Busy, Busy

I am so busy! I can't believe the immense responsibility that comes with having 6 children 8 & under, plus homeschooling them, plus a husband to help! (I can believe it, just some days I feel like I'm going to get buried under the avalanche of work there is to do.) A house to clean & take care of! Meals to cook 3 times a day. Wow. I just wanted to say that. I can only imagine doing it all without dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers (not to mention bread machines and food processors). (And I have actually been starting to use the dryer less to save money on our outrageous electricity bill). I really wish I had somewhere to hang a clothes line outside! I have a little fold up clothes drying rack but it doesn't even fit a full load of clothes. But I am thankful for what I have, and will try to come up with more solutions to save money. I wonder how the housewives of old did it all.

Well that is about it. Just wanted to "pop" in & say hello!

I work for a King. He has put me in charge of his home. When He comes to see how I have managed His possessions and His children, I do not want to be found wanting. I want to do my best. Everything I have is on loan from Him. I have room and board and a job to do, but it is all for Him. Therefore I want to dress my best and do my best in all my work.
