Village covered in snow at Christmas

How are all your Christmas preparations going?  Today I am printing out a lovely Christmas village from Lillibeth at the Pleasant Times.  Our children will enjoy coloring it and I think I will put it across  our kitchen table.  You really have to see the village; it looks real!  Lillibeth has several posts showing some special things she has done to her Christmas village, which you can find listed here.

We are going to take the week off from school and spend some time finishing up some homemade gifts and just enjoying each other.  The children were so excited yesterday when I announced we would be baking several things to give to loved ones.  It snowed yesterday, and I am thankful that we have a warm house to live in.

Have a blessed week!

  2. I have been giving serious thought to doing this village as well! I've read (and re-read)both Lydia's and Lilibeth's posts about it and haven't been able to get it off my mind. I guess this means I need to do it, lol! Please share how yours turns out. :-)
