Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookies
Several years ago we changed our diet to become healthier after I read a very thought-provoking book that is also a cookbook. For as long as I can remember, we followed the "Standard American Diet" or S.A.D. But when we had health problems the doctors could not diagnose, it turned my interests to finding out what was wrong and how I could help my family. This research changed what fats and sweeteners we used, among other things.
