Prayer Request

Book Illustration of Children Praying by Lizzie Lawson

I have a prayer request for my readers.  I cannot go into any details at this time.  I am going through something right now where I am trying to do the right thing, but sometimes the right thing is hard and brings a lot of opposition.  The stress of it all is even affecting my health, so I just ask for your prayers if you wouldn't mind.

Thank you so much.

  4. I was just "checking things," which is why I am not responding on my regular account.

At any rate, I read your message, and I will keep you in my thoughts. I'm going through some trying times myself right now, and therefore, know how it can be to do the right things, especially if you're ill.

BTW, thank you for the Christmas card and your kind words. They were lovely :)

  5. Be strong. I may not know your situation, but I understand having to "take a stand", and ALL that entails. You be encouraged.

  6. I'm praying for you also, and know the Lord will walk with you in this trial. I pray you will be strengthened and encouraged to rest in Christ for the outcome.

  16. Dear Lady Violet, I heard a sermon today that spoke of putting on the apron of humility befor we dress. I love the sweet picture it gave me in my heart. Most right decisions are hard and almost always have opposition. How you dress how you worship. Homeschooling!!
But alas our children are grown and we have grown and overcome.
    You will also!
May God's peace and perfect will be revealed in this matter. Amen
    Blessings, Roxy

  17. Praying for you today, all day. I believe that you do have the strength to do the right thing, and your health doesn't have to suffer for it. Remember the "fiery furnace". They came out of that without the faint smell of smoke!
