New Fall Skirt Arrivals from New Creation Apparel

What a joy and a privilege to dress like a feminine woman!  It's so nice to be able to dress differently than men, don't you think?  Even if you only dress up on the Lord's Day or special occasions, don't you feel differently when you do?  Dressing femininely is a part of encouraging men to act like gentlemen, to treat you like a lady.  But of course this must be accompanied by a feminine manner as well.

Well, I do think it's always nice to get a new skirt for the wardrobe.  Now is a great time to get a new skirt, or two, because New Creation Apparel currently has new skirts in stock for Fall.  If you've never heard of New Creation Apparel, they are a great company, with wonderful customer service, that has a really beautiful selection of modest skirts at affordable prices.  They even have lovely maternity skirts!  They are also one of Blessed Homemaking's advertisers, so please support them!

I will show you some of their new arrivals.  Which one is your favorite?  I really like the Double Cascading Ruffle and the Margot.

“Why do women want to dress like men when they’re fortunate enough to be women? Why lose femininity, which is one of our greatest charms? We get more accomplished by being charming than we would be flaunting around in pants and smoking. I’m very fond of men. I think they are wonderful creatures. I love them dearly. But I don’t want to look like one. When women gave up their long skirts, they made a grave error…”

    1. I'm glad you like them! My mom always had me wear dresses to church on Sundays, and I did not enjoy it. But all that's changed now.

  2. I like the double cascading ruffle but in CA just below the knee looks nice with thick tights as the weather gets colder. Our climate takes a while to get cold and doesn't last very long. I also think that skirt looks great with a white button down blouse. ♡Rosemi

    1. Some young ladies at our church wear styles similar to that. Do you like the cold weather, Rosemi? I really do--prefer it to hot :)

    2. The cold makes me want to just curl up and stay in a comfy place all Winter. I tend to get crabby if I have to feel the cold. However, my cousin Lydia helped me tackle this with a great tip. Take a warm shower and heat up your core while your clothes are laying near a heater. Then get out of the shower and get in those clothes right away. Before I knew this I used to hate the Winter. And we hardly ever get snow where I live.

    3. That's a really neat tip, Rosemi! I'm glad it helps you deal with the cold. My room is the coldest room of the house in the winter, so I have to have a space heater to help when I'm in there :). Your cousin Lydia is a great lady. You are blessed to be related to her.
