Spring Cleaning

Spring

It's been a busy week.  My dear friend that I asked you to pray about...was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer this week.  Please continue to pray for her and her family.  They will need to make treatment decisions and want wisdom from the Lord.  Please pray for the comfort of her, her husband, and her eight children.  I can't imagine what she is going through and feeling right now, but her faith is steadfast in the Lord.

I have been busy spring cleaning.  My days are pretty much filled with teaching my children, training them, and making meals.  When they go to bed I've been busy going through our belongings and getting rid of things we no longer need.  I love de-cluttering and organizing.  I love to see extra space made and to see things cleared out.  It is so much easier to clean when you don't have too much stuff.  Things are not as cleared out as I would like them, but we're getting there.  I like to focus on one room at a time, but right now, there are a couple of rooms that I am really working on because they need it.

There is just something about the new, spring season that makes you want to get organized and clean, isn't there?  Once again, I'm grateful to the Creator for giving us the seasons.

Are you doing any spring cleaning right now?  Please share!
