Some Freebies for the Homemaker

I found some freebies today that I thought you might enjoy...

Dress: Floral Embroidery on the Skirt Hem Belt and Panels on the Bouffante Sleeves

Dress: Floral Embroidery on the Skirt Hem Belt and Panels on the Bouffante Sleeves

  1. The first is a site that has over 200 embroidery designs.  I have never done embroidery, but these are for if you have a machine to embroider, apparently.  http://www.embroiderthis.com/emdes.html
  2. The second is for free poison control number stickers.  They can be placed on your phone should you need to call Poison Control if one of your kiddos tries to eat something that's well, not food.  Thankfully I haven't had to use this number for the last several kids :)  http://ask.hrsa.gov/detail_materials.cfm?ProdID=4221
  3. The third is a very interesting-looking book from 1935 called "Infant Care" that you can read online.  I have not read it, so don't get mad at me if it is just plain weird!  http://ask.hrsa.gov/detail_materials.cfm?ProdID=4499
  4. The fourth is a free diaper sample from Costco.  You don't have to be a Costco member to get it! http://www.costco.com/Browse/Productgroup.aspx?prodid=11324601&whse=BC&topnav=&cat=56098&hierPath=589*775*63705*&lang=en-US

Have fun with your freebies.
