Every Woman Should Listen to These (a Review)

Illustration of Mother Praying with Three Children

If you've been reading my blog for any length of time, you know that I review products monthly for The Gabby Moms.  For October I received a portion of a new audio collection that Mrs. Lorrie Flem of Eternal Encouragement has been working on.  This is collection three and includes the audios Centered and Sane, Growing Gratitude, and How Tos of Growing Gratitude.  This month I felt like the review product was tailored to me.  I know that it really wasn't, but I believe that every woman could benefit from listening to these audios because I believe every woman probably deals with these issues in some way or another.

Centered and Sane talks a lot about worry and how it robs us of today's joy.  Lorrie talks about how we are not really there for our children when we are caught up in worry.  She also emphasizes the importance of acknowledging our emotions and how this is a good example for our children.  Growing Gratitude talks about the importance of being thankful and how gratitude is a choice.  Another thing that stood out to me is that Lorrie said we should learn to be thankful for imperfect gifts.  How many gifts are perfect?  Really only God gives perfect gifts, and even with those we may not think they are perfect at the time.  If we learn to be grateful for the imperfect gifts we receive, we will truly be grateful and learn to have joy in our hearts.  How Tos of Growing Gratitude explains how we can truly have gratitude.

These audios reminded me not to be consumed with worry and provided me with new insights into how worry harms us and takes away from our lives.  I have had a lot to worry about lately and this collection just completely blessed me, and I'm sure it will bless you too.  I would love to tell you more but don't want to spoil it all for you.  This audio collection will be available November 1st at this link.

I received this resource free of charge in exchange for my honest review.
